Behind Witalna Forever stands Edyta Dawiskiba – a mentor who a decade ago decided that health and sports would not only become her lifestyle but also her life mission. She started with her own transformation: she abandoned the exhausting race of "more-faster" and immersed herself in the study of holistic practices – from diet coaching and exercise physiology courses in Poland, through Slow Jogging certification in Japan, to the Buteyko breathing method with international instructors. Each passing year added new competencies: habit psychology, mindfulness, forest bathing, working with breath and stress. Today, Edyta combines this extensive knowledge with her personal experience of returning to vitality, guiding clients along a path she has tested step by step. Ten years of consistent training, hundreds of hours working with people, and countless smiles from participants are the capital she draws from to create the Witalna Forever programs – tried and tested in practice and rooted in authentic passion.

Together we celebrate the first 30 minutes of running without getting out of breath, a detox completed with a lightness in the body, and the moment when someone wakes up for the first time in years without back pain. Our mission

Witalna Forever was born from a fascination with how a few conscious choices can reverse the course of health – and life. That’s why our mission is to guide people along the simple Japanese path of "less is more": to teach them to listen to their breath, find joy in gentle movement, nourish themselves with food that truly fuels them, and carve out a daily moment of silence for rejuvenation. We believe that when the body, mind, and emotions play in harmony, vitality becomes a natural state, not a reward for sacrifices. We want everyone, regardless of age or shape, to feel this lightness within – and have the courage to live fully every day.

One-hour meeting only with the instructor: video analysis of your stride, posture correction, work with a cadence of 180 spm, and adjusting pace to heart rate. You receive micro-exercises for independent practice.

Individual Slow Jogging Session

Individual online meeting during which we jointly analyze your lifestyle, test results, movement routine, breathing, and nutrition. You receive a written summary with priorities and a '4 Pillars Plan' for the first month, a list of vetted tools, and mini-practices that you will implement starting the next day.

Vital consultation 90 minutes

Subscription for 4 sessions/month, weekly, 60-minute training in a small group (max 10 people) conducted in a niko-niko rhythm. Includes a mobilization warm-up, midfoot technique, outdoor running segment, and stretching. A consistent group = motivation, regularity, and safe distance increase.
