Behind Witalna Forever stands Edyta Dawiskiba – a mentor who a decade ago decided that health and sports would not only become her lifestyle but also her life mission. She began with her own transformation: feelings of exhaustion and professional burnout pushed her to seek good, health-promoting practices – from studies in health coaching and diet coaching to in-depth certification in Slow Jogging in Japan, to the Buteyko breathing method with international trainers, and vital mentoring. Each subsequent year added new competencies: the psychology of habits, mindfulness, forest bathing, working with breath and stress. Today, Edyta combines this extensive knowledge with her personal experience of returning to vitality, guiding clients along a path she has tested step by step. Ten years of consistent training, hundreds of hours working with people, and countless smiles from participants are the capital she draws from to create the Witalna Forever programs – proven in practice and rooted in authentic passion.

Our mission

Witalna Forever was born from a fascination with how a few conscious choices can reverse the course of health – and life. That’s why our mission is to guide people along the simple Japanese path of "less is more": to teach them to listen to their breath, to find joy in gentle movement, to nourish themselves with food that truly energizes, and to carve out a daily moment of silence for regeneration. We believe that when the body, mind, and emotions play in one orchestra, vitality becomes a natural state, not a reward for sacrifices. We want everyone, regardless of age or shape, to feel that lightness within themselves – and to have the courage to live each day to the fullest.

An individual online meeting, during which we analyze your lifestyle, movement routine, breathing, and nutrition together. You will receive a written summary with priorities and a "4 Pillars Plan" for the first month, a list of proven tools, and mini-practices that you will implement starting the next day.

Vital consultation

One-hour meeting only with the instructor: learning the Japanese natural running method, video analysis of your stride, posture correction, working with a cadence of 180 bpm, and adjusting pace to heart rate. You receive micro-exercises for independent practice.

Individual Slow Jogging session

Two-hour outdoor meeting: the basics of natural running based on the Slow Jogging technique, breathing exercises according to Dr. Buteyko's method combined with meditation in motion, elements of vital gymnastics, and forest therapy. You will receive micro-exercises for independent practice.
