Witalna Forever includes a variety of mentoring, coaching, and training programs tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring flexibility and accessibility.

Offer

Subscription for 4 sessions/month, weekly, 60-minute training in a small group (max 10 people) conducted in a niko-niko rhythm. Includes mobilization warm-up, midfoot technique, outdoor running, and stretching. A stable group = motivation, regularity, and safe distance increase.

Group Slow Jogging Training

One-hour meeting only with the instructor: video analysis of your stride, posture correction, working with a cadence of 180 spm, and adjusting the pace to your heart rate. You receive micro-exercises for independent practice.

Individual Slow Jogging session 1-on-1

Individual online meeting where we analyze your lifestyle, research results, movement routine, breathing, and nutrition together. You receive a written summary with priorities and a "4 Pillars Plan" for the first month, a list of verified tools, and mini-practices that you will implement starting the next day.

Vital Consultation 90 min

"Forever product package + PDF guide + two SJ training sessions + daily contact with a mentor. Days 1-2 are for cleansing, days 3-9 introduce gradual high-nutrient eating. Result: lighter body, reduced swelling, start of new eating habits."

Clean 9 – 9-day gut detox

Guided "mindful" walk in Kampinos (approx. 5 km), sensory exercises, tree breathing practice, and herbal tea from the forest. Reduces cortisol, lowers blood pressure, and strengthens the immune system – a perfect weekend reset.

Shinrin-Yoku – forest bathing

Three hour-long online meetings at weekly intervals. You will learn the "pause control" test, exercises for reducing hyperventilation, and the pre-sleep breathing protocol. You will decrease your breaths per minute, lower your stress levels, and improve performance with SJ.

"Calm Breath Workshop" (Buteyko)

Complete transformation program: 36 mentoring and training meetings, a full C9 detox cycle + FIT 15 + Vital 5, three Shinrin-Yoku sessions, body composition analysis every 8 weeks, and priority access to all online events. This is an option for those who want to "nail down" every detail of health and lifestyle.

"Vital Mastery Package" (9 months)

Enhanced habit-building path: 24 meetings (alternating coaching + outdoor training), access to a mastermind group, quarterly progress analysis, and a personal sleep/relaxation plan. The result – stable weight, increased resilience, and higher energy levels in daily life.

"Vital Balance Package" (6 months)

"Vital Start Package" (3 months of mentoring)

"Friday to Sunday in agritourism: 4 SJ sessions, seasonal cooking workshops, breathing exercises at dawn, an evening mindful bonfire, a 1:1 consultation with a mentor, and a Shinrin-Yoku session. You leave with a 'next 90 days' plan and recharged batteries."

Weekend Vital Retreat (3 days)

"Month cycle 'under the magnifying glass': analysis of the food diary, 80/20 education, an individual meal plan (14 days) with a shopping list, and two joint 'cooking live' sessions. In the end, you have a plan that fits your budget, seasonality, and taste preferences."

Diet Coaching + nutrition plan (4 sessions)

90-day program: detox, fat reduction, and complete nutrition with micro/macronutrients. Includes 6 individual mentoring sessions, 8 SJ workouts, FIT 15 meal plans, and monthly body composition monitoring.

Program "Fit 90" (C9 + FIT 15 + Vital 5)

Weekly movement games for SJ Kids (online or in the park), family challenges "vegetable of the week", a planner for shared dinners, and audio stories "Breath Adventures". It strengthens bonds and shapes good habits in the youngest.

Half-day module at the headquarters: lecture on the "4 Pillars", workshop on micro-breathing and movement breaks, mini-SJ training in the parking lot/green area, and a package of e-materials for implementation in the office. We measure the initial energy level of the team and repeat the test after 30 days.
