Calm breath – calm mind and bodyDuration: 2 hours

Breathing is one of the most powerful yet often underestimated regulators of health. Dr. Konstantin Buteyko's method focuses on restoring natural breathing balance, which affects the body's biochemistry, hormonal balance, and the functioning of the nervous system.

During the workshop, you will learn how the quality of breath influences:

  • stress and tension levels,

  • focus and clarity of mind,

  • vital energy and fitness,

  • sleep, recovery, and immunity,

  • blood pressure and overall well-being,

  • emotional balance and inner peace.

The workshop combinesa brief educational sectionwith practice. In an accessible format, I explain what the Buteyko method is and why conscious, calm nasal breathing is so important for the health of the entire body.

In the practical part, we perform breathing exercises that help calm the nervous system and restore the natural breathing rhythm. Participants interested can take advantage of an individual breathing consultation – based on a form, apersonalized 30-day breathing exercise plan is prepared.

The workshop is aimed at individuals who want to improve the quality of their lives in many dimensions: physical, mental, and emotional. No prior experience is required – just a willingness to mindfully meet oneself.
