Individual outdoor training session with a certified Slow Jogging Instructor.

This is a proposal for those who want to start running lightly, naturally, and without pressureor return to movement in a safe way that respects the body and its capabilities.

During two individual meetings, I will introduce you to the world of the Japanese method of Slow Jogging– based on mindfulness, simplicity, and respect for the body. It is a form of running that does not exhaust but rejuvenates – supporting health, breathing, and the nervous system.

Individual Slow Jogging instruction, tailored to your level, fitness, and needs.

Mini online presentation, where you will learn about the history of the method, its values, and benefits for physical and mental health.

A training plan for beginners, which will help you incorporate slow jogging into your daily life in a safe and realistic way.

Guidance for further development, so you can train independently, with mindfulness and enjoyment.

After the individual session and learning the basics of Slow Jogging, you can join the Slow Jogging training group:

Cost of group classes:

1 x a week - subscription 240 PLN for 4 meetings, payable in one lump sum for the month.

In case of absence, individual classes can be used within 2 months.
