This program was created for those who want tostart running wisely, without overexertion, injuries, and pressure. It’s an ideal choice if you’re planning your first 5K, 10K, or half marathon and want solid technical foundations and good recovery.
During the training, you learnto run on the midfoot, natural body movement, and how to operate in an aerobic process. Instead of "gritting your teeth" and struggling with your breath, you discover how torecover your body while running, slow down when necessary, and build your fitness step by step.
A significant element of the program isnasal breathing while running, which improves endurance, stabilizes the nervous system, and reduces the risk of injury. The training is conducted in a spirit of moderate activity - to support hormonal balance and avoid inflammatory states.
The program includes: – technical training (individual or group) – weekend group runs – individual training plan (weekly/monthly) – recovery, breathing, and supplementation tips – support based on 4 pillars of a healthy lifestyle: movement, breathing, sleep, and diet.

Monthly BASIC package – 300 PLN– 2 group technical trainings / week – 1 individual training / week + training plan and micro-habits for the week.
Monthly PREMIUM package – 450 PLN– unlimited group training / week – 2 individual trainings + monthly training plan – recovery and breathing recommendations, micro-habits, mentor support.
