Premium Health Outdoor Training

Outdoor Health Training – PREMIUM Versionis a program for those who are not just looking for a temporary improvement in well-being, buta real, lasting transformationin the areas of health, energy, and daily functioning.

It is an in-depth pathway of working with the body and mind, combiningregular outdoor trainingwithindividual 1:1 breathing workand ongoing support in the change process.

As part of the program, you receive:

• participation in a full training cycle(6 or 12 weeks – a total of 12 trainings),

• 2 individual 1:1 breathing sessions (60 minutes each), tailored to your needs and challenges,

• personal tips for daily practice– movement, breathing, and recovery,

• the possibility of consultations during the cycle, when questions or difficulties arise,

• access to a closed support group on Facebook.

Outdoor trainings are conducted at a calm, restorative pace. The program combines Slow Jogging at a niko-niko pace, breathing work using the Buteyko method, elements of forest therapy, and movement meditation. The entire approach is aimed at regulating the nervous system, rebuilding energy, and improving quality of life.

The PREMIUM version provides space fordeeper work with stress, tension, and habits, as well as a better understanding of your body's signals. Thanks to individual sessions and ongoing support, the process is safe, personalized, and adapted to your pace.
