The offer is directed towards Universities of the Third Age, foundations, local governments, companies, schools, and institutions interested in health promotion, prevention, and building the well-being of participants.
Meetings have a charactereducational and practicaland demonstrate how to incorporate movement and breath into daily life in a simple, safe, and natural way. The program can be conducted as a lecture, workshop, or lecture with practical elements – depending on the needs of the group.
1. "Created for Movement"A lecture or workshop dedicated to moderate activity and natural running (Slow Jogging according to prof. Hiroaki Tanaka). Participants learn the idea of movement that strengthens rather than overburdens – accessible to people of all ages.

2. "You Are Breath"A meeting dedicated to functional breathing using Dr. Konstantin Buteyko's method. Participants learn how breath affects stress, sleep, concentration, and recovery and discover simple exercises for daily practice.

3. "Movement is Life"A workshop combining movement snacks, vitality gymnastics, elements of slow jogging, forest therapy, and movement meditation. It shows how small doses of movement can significantly improve health and well-being.

Each meeting is tailored to the participants' abilities, conducted at a calm pace and without pressure for effort. The goal isto build awareness, healthy habits, and a sense of agencyin taking care of oneself.
Lecture or workshop (60 or 90 minutes):
•500 PLN– in the area of Warsaw
•1000 PLN– in the area of Poland • for longer trips:possible accommodation(if required)
