Breathing is one of the most powerful yet most underrated regulators of health. How you breathe on a daily basis directly affects your stress levels, life energy, sleep, concentration, and emotional well-being.
This intimate, stationary workshop is based on Dr. Konstantin Buteyko's method and functional breathing work. Its goal is not to 'fix' breathing, but to restore natural balance, in which the body begins to self-regulate.
During the meeting, you will experience how calm, quiet nasal breathing affects the nervous system, the body's biochemistry, and your inner sense of safety.

you will learn the basics of the Buteyko method in an accessible, practical form
you will perform exercises that regulate the nervous system and restore the natural rhythm of breathing
you will learn simple techniques that you can apply in daily life
The workshop combines a short educational segment with practice. The exercises are gentle, safe, and tailored to the participants' capabilities. No prior experience is required.
